Main Applications

Processing Methods
Drying Treatment: POE generally has low moisture absorption. Drying may not be required if the material is stored under dry conditions with intact packaging. Drying shall be performed if the package is damaged and the material is exposed to air. Refer to the official technical data sheet for specific drying conditions.
Injection Molding (if applicable): Barrel Temperature: Set according to the material melting temperature (data currently unavailable). Trial‑run can be carried out with reference to typical processing temperature ranges of other POE grades, while practical on‑site commissioning shall prevail. Mold Temperature: Adjust according to product requirements. Injection Speed: Medium‑high injection speed is generally applicable. Back Pressure: Proper back pressure facilitates uniform melt plasticization; specific values shall be adjusted during production.
Blending Modification: For toughening by blending with base resins such as PP and PE, pre‑blending of POE and base resin is recommended to achieve uniform dispersion.
